While hosting the Algoa Prison Leadership Conference, we spoke with Rebecca Smith, a reporter from KBIA in Columbia, MO. Rebecca is a writer and producer for the KBIA Health & Wealth Desk. “KBIA’s Health & Wealth Desk covers the economy and health of rural and underserved communities in Missouri and beyond.
