Daily Creative Podcast with Todd Henry

In August, Bo had the pleasure of speaking with author and leadership expert Todd Henry for an episode of his podcast, Daily Creative. Since Todd was a speaker at the 2019 Global Leadership Summit, Bo was familiar with Todd Henry’s work and found great value in his books, Herding Tigers and his newest book, Brave Habits. Bo and Todd first met when Todd spoke at the first Prison Leadership Conference at Algoa Correctional Center in May of 2024. Todd’s talk then focused on Brave Habits and he even donated copies of Brave Habits to residents at Algoa that attended the conference.

During their interview, Todd asked Bo about his time at Algoa and what it took to create the Global Leadership Academy while inside prison. They also discussed the bravery this required and the podcast episode dropped on October 29th, 2024!
